Shipping policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

For the made to order products , after the order is processed and confirmed, we have a lead time of 4 to 8 weeks to get the product made then shipped.
For the ready to go products, our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Mondays - Fridays (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after your order is processed, and you will receive an email with the tracking number soon after. We use different carriers to provide our customers with the best service. Depending on where you live, packages are delivered within 5~10 days from the processing of your order.

To amend an order or delivery address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to make amendments prior to dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is processed. An order may incur additional charges if a change of delivery address is requested after the goods have been dispatched.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges are included in our product prices.

*Delivery estimates are based on average communicated by our carriers, there might be some delays depending on your exact location and time of the year.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not offer deliveries to P.O. boxes nor APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

For the ready to go products, after placing your order, your package should be shipped within 1~3 business days after your order is processed and confirmed. You will receive an email with the tracking number soon after.
For the made to order products, you will get a consistent update throughout the production cycle, then you will receive a tracking number soon after the product is shipped.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Moroccocarpet.com are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Moroccocarpet.com cannot be held responsible if any item you have ordered is impounded by or has extra duty charged on it by your local customs and excise department.
